Giraffe man is a short and fun animation. I came up with the concept at my parents’ house, when I went through some old childhood drawings of mine and found a drawing of a neckless giraffe standing next to man with a huge neck. I immediately knew what I wanted the animation to look like.

As a child I guess I was inspired by Okapis. I used to read a lot about animals, that is where my passion for character design and -animation comes from. I love Okapis, they look cute and fun and like giraffes without necks. I would love to meet one some day.
